Francy Phelps, '77 BA, '78 MA

The UHCL Alumni Association remembers Francy Phelps, ’77 BA, ’78 MA, who passed away on November 6, 2025. Francy served as UHCL’s first Alumni Director beginning in 1980 and played a key role in establishing the Alumni Association. Her leadership, vision and love for UHCL helped build the strong alumni community of more than 83,000 Hawks we celebrate today.
